Topographic landscape EN
participatory installation, Galerie Glassbox Paris, 2012.
table in thermoformed plastic and wood 100*200cm / edible elements : salted and sweet powders, layers of vegetables, salted and sweets pools, wafers, biscuits in layers, steamed buns.
It is taking place in Davor Sanviventi installation, that immerses people in a steam fog, and make them loose their spatial cues. The one element standing in the room is this topographic edible landscape, monochromatic, in positive and negative relief.
The edible elements get spread, distorded, evaporated, cracked, and sparkle in contact with the wet atmosphere, and the action of the eater.
