Food installation « Symposium » has been thought as an act of excavation, the use of objects that came out of the earth, as the sharing of it, inspired by Antic Greek banquets. Symposium is a social, politic and culinary moment, where food is equally shared, as well as territory and speaking time.
This food installation presents, in an archeological poetic, food process linked to fire, earth and time. And the experience is like a path, escalating to the opulent esthetics of these feasts.
Marinated eggs, smoked meat stew, beetroots cooked in clay. Desert was both edible and non edible ceramics : objects were made in pastry crust and glazed in caramel.
