André-Charles is a sugar — named after the french cabinetmaker André-Charles Boulle, is a consideration on production systems : it is the serial production of caramel panels made with the technic of marquetry.
The performance shows the production process, from the raw material (industrial refined sugar) to the final piece, inspired by the marquetry technic.
